Recognizing our drivers

All our drivers will introduce themselves holding a welcome panel on which will appear your name as well as the name of the organization that you belong. If for whatever reason, you do not desire that your name appears, please, let us know so that we will make accommodations as how to identify your DLS driver.

A total transparency: our services and our tariffs are known in advance and your invoice will be clearly summarised with the maximum detail , so that you will be able to know how much our services cost.

Every day, a systematic verification of the arrival schedules of the airplanes and a check in real time of the roads, highways, and freeways traffic of Paris and its suburbs is carried out.

Our drivers are informed of these schedules and traffic as they change.

A reserve of drivers and of vehicles are ready take over if, for any reason, there is an emergency. (24/24 and 7/7)
